All grayed out fields are required EXCEPT JR.HANDLER: SIGNITURE / NAME and ADDRESS unless you are showing in these classes. These fields are then required for your entry to be processed.

Please forward that copy to sbunyard@comcast.net to provide us an additional back-up and confirmation that your entry copy was received.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your spam filter may have blocked it or the entry failed at the website host-server level. In this case please RELOAD the page and submit another entry.
